To purchase a puppy from Spirit Mountain Catahoulas, prospective owners need tp pay $100.00 non-refundable deposit Once the puppy choice has been made. You are added to a waiting list which is comprised of all depositors and is numbered by the date their deposit is received. Depositors choose their puppies in this order. You are asked to choose two or more pups in the order of desirability in case one of them is chosen ahead of you. If a pup is passed on by a depositor, it will them be moved to the next in line until all pups have been chosen. If you cannot get a puppy you want, or if you don't see a puppy that you like in the current litter, you may roll your deposit to the next littler. This generally results in your moving to the higher up on the waiting list for the next litte produced. Any pups that are left from a litter will be made openly available to the public. Further more, eye colot is not permanent until 6 weeks of are or so. Of course blue-eyed pups are usually chosen first, therefore, if a blue-eyed puppy is your preference, it is mandatory to have your non-refundable puppy deposit in place as soon as possible. Please remember not to overlook a potential puppy because of its eye color. PICKING UP YOUR PUPPY: Puppies are to be picked up from our ranch when they are 8 weeks old. Please make an appointment to do so either via phone or email. You can expect your puppy will have had three to four wormings and at least one five-way vaccination at the time of pick up. A written record of these will be given to you at the time you pick up your puppy. SHIPPING YOUR PUPPY: Shipping is available, but may not be shipped until the puppy is a minimum of eight weeks of age and must be accompinied by a Health Certificate issued by a veterinarian. We try to schedule every puppies travel in a manor that is most expedient and less stressful to the pup. We will make all the travel arrangements for the puppy but it is up to the buyer to pay for these additional costs. Also please note that some airlines will not fly puppies in extreme hot or cold temperatures. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations for any reson will result in the loss of your deposit.
